Home made Pizza – June 7th, 2015

The instruction outlined below is for a medium size vegetarian pizza.
Making the Base
Take 1 table spoon of dry yeast in a container, add 1 table spoon of sugar and add 75 ml of water, mix it well and leave it aside to ferment it for 15 minutes.
Take two cups of all purpose flour, add salt to taste and 1 table spoon of olive oil. Pour the above fermented liquid and make it as a dough and keep it aside for 1 hour.
Making the Sauce
Dice two medium size tomatoes, 2 garlic pieces and two chilies. Put them is the chopper and chop it coarsely. Garnish with finely chopped mint leaves and add a spoon of vinegar .Mix it well to make it as sauce.
Making the topping
Chop 1 onion, half capsicum, 10 button mushrooms, and 1 slice of pineapple. Add little bit of olive oil in a heated pan and add the chopped onion, capsicum and mushrooms. Add a pinch of ajinomoto and spoon of light soya sauce. Cook the vegetable for 3 minutes in medium flame
Making the pizza
Hand stretch the fermented dough to circular shape with even thickness, apply the sauce over the base, then put the cooked vegies evenly over the sauce, top it up with necessary amount of cheese
Baking the Pizza
Warp the oven tray with aluminum foil, grease the aluminum foil with olive oil, Preheat the oven to 250 F Temperature, place the pizza in the tray and bake for 15 minutes, with full power. Let it cool for 5 minutes, remove the pizza from tray and ready to serve.
