Mr Lawrance wong, Singapore’s Minister for National Development and Second Minister for Finance will deliver his keynote speech and participate in an interactive session for the plenary on infrastructure and smart cities.

The convention will reinforce Singapore’s position as a hub for international commerce and business connection and entrench Singapore’s position as a global thought leader.
