Easy Pakoras – June 5th, 2014
This is a globalized world…Fast world…hence everything has to be done fast and appealing. The recipe below is an old one but this method is an easy version to suit this fast and globalized world. Hence, here comes your pakoras.
Onions – 2 big
Gram Flour – Two cups
Chilli Powder – One spoon
Garlic and Ginger Paste- a little
Salt to the Taste
Water as needed
oil as needed
Preparation
1. Cut the onions into very small pieces and keep it aside
2. Take a bowl and mix the gram flour, cilli powder, garlic and ginger paste, salt in the water to a paste form.
3. Add the onions to it.
4. Mix everything together and leave it aside.
5. Keep a khadai in the burner and pour the oil.
6. Take the above mixture and pinch them one after another into the khadai filling the pan.
7. When it turns to brown in colour and becomes crispy, take out and serve hot with tomato sauce.
